The Partay!

Zach's Birthday party was so much fun! We had everyone meet us at Magic Time Machine (will NEVER do that  again) and then everyone came over for cake and ice cream and pinata hittin'.  Because I am horribly crappy at arranging pictures the way I want them on here, I am just going to leave them the way they are and put captions under them. ;)

Zach blowing out his candles. He had the best waitress of the night...NOT. He  got hoochy  Ariel-she was SO not appropriate for a children's party and didn't even play her part as Ariel like she is suppose to,  such a let down-totally wish they had spider-man that would have been a-maze-ing! 

Opening gifts at the house late that night! The Merkley's got him some super
awesome super hero mask :) 

Can you tell we dig super heros now, my little dino lover has moved on!

He even got a sweet spider-man pinata-which he loved.

things...it all makes since now ;)

Cutting open the cake-it was so hard to do, but oh so worth it!!
I was so pleased with how moist and yummy this cake turned out  to be!

ooops. Bad mom! I cut the cake before we sang to him! At least he is only 4 and didn't realize
I did it in the wrong order!

The finished Spider-Man cake! It was SO fun to work on and I could not have  done it
without the help of my hubby-he totally gets credit! We were really happy with how it turned out!

Zach was beside himself. It was basically the coolest thing he had ever seen !
Just what I wanted to see! Pure happiness! It was so hard hiding the cake from him!

Aunt Ashna made him this super sweet Super-man/Bat-man cape!
I swear he wore it non-stop for the first couple weeks. It was perfect!
