I have always wanted my children close in age and always planned to have them very close but after going through some hard times I was reminded that the Lord also has a plan for each of us. And even though the last months haven't been fun especially when I was frequently reminded by people saying "when are you going to get pregnant isn't it time?" so Mormon stereotypical and something I will NEVER say again, and I hope none of you will either because maybe it isn't their time, and maybe they really wished it was. Instead of having my children super close, the Lord blessed me with something even better, 2 sweet spirits waiting for me in Heaven, although I didn't see it as a blessing at the time, I now know it is. Although, I hope I never go through it again, I know this trial is going to and already has enriched my life.
That being said, I am finally pregnant again! I am so thankful that I even have the ability to get pregnant and my heart truly goes out to those that can't or have really hard time getting there. I am a whopping 17 weeks pregnant and due August 21! I didn't tell anyone because my first doctors appointment wasn't till yesterday and I needed to know everything was ok first, so don't be offended please! Everything looks good so far, and because I am so far behind I go back to the doctor next week and the week after so we'll find out more then! So now some of you might be wondering if I know the sex of the baby, and yes we do, but you will have to check back for the sonogram pictures to get the results! Happy Waiting!

YAH!! That is so exciting. I'm so glad I have been checking your blog. (I figure if Sarah has her baby you will post about it here.) That is some super exciting news!!! I'm so happy for you. I totally understand about people asking is it time to have another baby. People really need to be more sensitive to other people. I'm so excited and cant wait to see if its a boy or girl. That is so exciting! Great point about others keeping their mouths shut. We tried and lost one in between the first two. That's exactly why my boys are 3 years apart. The Lord has a plan and it's so different for all of us! I can't believe you already know the sex, too! congrats

hey! I totally know how you feel, me and Jake have been trying for 13 months we wanted to have our kids really close together too! My body has had major issues so its been really hard. I am so happy for you!!!! your almost half way! im excited to see your sonogram pictures!

So excited for you!!! I love your point I hate that stereotype and wish people would mind there own buisness. I learned while I was having my children to never say anything like that, the time is between you and your hubby and our Heavenly Father. Can't wait to find out what you are having. I miss you and Zack our boys were just becoming friends when we left, dangit. Again congrats I am so happy for you I hope things go well for you during this pregnancy.
Congrats Becca!!! I'm so happy for you guys! I can't believe you're 17 weeks already...you skinny thing you! There is absolutely nothing wrong with more spaced out children...trust me, I know! And it's never anybody's business but your own. Congrats again! Can't wait to hear if it's a boy or girl!

I know what you mean. Cody and I wanted our kids close too. We have 1 waiting in heaven for us. I'm sorry about your 2 babies. I can't wait to meet ours in heaven and get to raise him/her!

Hi Becca, I had to comment here to let you know how happy I am for your great news! Surprisingly, I think a lot of women have fertility issues at some point in their lives (or their whole lives) yet some can say the most insensitive things! I love reading how in love you are with your little guy. I can't wait until you clue us in on the gender of this precious bundle you'll soon have to hold in your arms! Congratulations!
