We took Zach to the Plano Balloon Festival this year and had a great time with some friends and family. Although it was PACKED! So we didn't get to go to the kiddie area! Sorry Zach maybe next year! We didn't stay to long, just long enough to see the balloons and then we left because Zach just wanted to run around and get lost in the crowd, but hey what 1 1/2 year old wouldn't ;)
