the bottom one looks cooler, but the top one looks more supportive.
I have to add that my children would not like either one. they aren't too fond of laying down (mostly) for very long! Sadie might have been okay in one for a couple weeks, but that's it! hopefully your babe will be better!
I've heard bad things about the infantio. However, I'd say neither!!! You have to get the moby wrap. Harrison did not like laying horizontal and the moby wrap will do horizontal and vertical for a tiny infants plus tons of other positions for older babies. Seriously, I've a huge believer in the moby!!

Ive done the bottom one... its not very comfortable, i always felt like Sammy was going to drop out of it. even with the "Velcro diaper" inside... I hope you find one that works!!!
Yah I second what Tiffany was saying. I always felt like the boys were going to fall out.
Meg HATED the infantino sling. I took it back because she hated it so much. I just got a harness instead and she liked that a lot better!

The moby wrap is what Sarah just got for sadie. you can google moby wrap. I think your thinking of the right thing.
