Craving a Dessert?


So truth be told, I love Oreos-which mean I love any dessert that involves Oreos! This last week I was in a dessert making mood. I had accidently found a frozen Oreo dessert and saved it a long time ago, so I made that one, and this one Oreo cupcake dessert my sister told me about! Both reallly good, so if you like Oreos, these are the desserts for you!



Mini OREO Surprise Cupcakes

2 doz. or 24 servings
What You Need
1 pkg. (2-layer size) chocolate cake mix
1 pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
1 egg
2 Tbsp. sugar
48 Mini OREO Bite Size Chocolate Sandwich Cookies
1-1/2 cups thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping
Make It
HEAT
oven to 350°F. Prepare cake batter as directed on package; spoon 1/2 evenly into 24 paper or foil-lined muffin cups, filling each cup about 1/2 full. Beat cream cheese, egg and sugar until well blended. Top each with about 1-1/2 tsp. of the cream cheese mixture and 1 cookie. Cover with remaining cake batter.
BAKE 19 to 22 min. or until toothpick inserted in centers comes out clean. Cool 5 min.; remove from pans to wire racks. Cool completely. (There may be an indentation in top of each cupcake after baking.)
FROST cupcakes with COOL WHIP. Garnish with remaining cookies. Prep Time:

(the only thing different in the picture is that we used cool whip for the topping)

OREO FROZEN DESSERT CUPS
12 cupcake papers 12 Oreo cookies, crushed 1/2 cube butter, melted 1 pt. vanilla ice cream (or any flavor) 1 pt. hot fudge topping (warm) 1 sm. container Cool Whip
Place cupcake paper in cupcake pan. Put 1 crushed Oreo ineach cup. Put 1 teaspoon butter on top of each cookie, putone large tablespoon of ice cream on top of butter, pushdown a hole in ice cream and place one tablespoon of warmhot fudge in hole, top with 1 to 2 tablespoons Cool Whip.Place entire pan in freezer at least 15 minutes beforeeating. Enjoy!
