Well since my last post Zach has made TREMENDOUS progress! He no longer has a feeding tube, he is aloud all 8 feedings through a bottle (but is still on lacto free milk), he passed his car seat test, and is in an open crib!!! Once that boy hit 4lbs he decided he wanted to go home, so he started doing everything hes suppose too! Yesterday the doctor said he could probably go home tomorrow (wednesday) if everything goes right, but last night he had a brady (his heart rate dropped) so I am waiting to see what the doctor says when I go back up there in a little bit, but the nurse said it will be at least a couple more days, so we will see! Oh and he had more diarreah! Poor kid! Enjoy the pics...the ones with the blue blanket underneath are from a lil photoshoot the nurse did for him when he reached 4lbs! hehe (i have no idea why this is underlined??)
Still has his tube here...
When he had the tube in he was always pulling it out...when I went in the other night..it was completely out...so they put it back in..and then he pulled it out 3 more times! So the nurse decided to just keep it out and just do bottle feedings, and then the doc said he could do all 8 feedings! can you imagine yanking a tube out of your nose that goes all the way into your stomach! painfull! 
NOW NO TUBE!!!
My new bed!! They swaddle him in 3 blankets and then put one on top!! I guess because he was having a little trouble keeping his temp up!

Aw, he is so precious! Sounds like he's really doing well. I'm so excited for you to be able to take him home...hopefully VERY soon!

Oh my goodness he is so cute! The nurse needs to do those pictures again without his tube!! I hope he comes home soon... hopefully by the time I come back out!
Becca, I just reliazed something. Does Zach have a "butt chin" like his momma??? How CUTE and FUN!! Remember my odd obession with butt chins?? That phase is gone, thank goodness!!!!
hahhaha yes crystal i totally remember and he does!!! and when everyone was like oh who did he get the dimple from? and i was like me i have a butt chin....and they looked at me like what the heck!! hahahhaha
Those are cute pictures! That is wonderful that he's doing so well! I hope he gets to go home soon!
