Ice, Ice Baby!

Well I was suppose to go to work this morning at 8 (kidsklub at LA Fitness) and Ty was suppose to be gone on his way at about 7:30...but thankfully enough the ice did not fail us!!! So we Both got to stay home!!! Well My work didn't close...I just called and said...yeah I'm not coming...and Tyler had to go in at 10....but before then we enjoyed our time together. We were pretty dissapointed though when we put on our winter gear to go slip and slide....the only place we REALLLLY slipped and about cracked open our heads was our stairs! They have a huge sheet of ice over them! So that was dangerously fun! It was really weird though because some of the cars leaving the apartments you could see them sliding like non-stop...then when we tried on our feet....NOTHING! Whats up with that? Our neighbor tried to take her kids to school because she is from California and she doesn't know how we cancel school here for any ice..and she hadn't been watching the news! She said she felt so bad because so many little cars had slid of the road she wanted to stop and help them (she has an SUV)...thats when I decided I better skip work...but lucky for me I still get to go tonight! Can't people just skip a day of working out...come on!

ALSO! today was the day I was suppose to go to my doctors appointment....what are the odds! So of course they were closed and now I can't go until Monday!! Almost 2 weeks late! Not that it really matters, but a little checky-poo is always nice! Anywho, here are some pics of us in the snow/sleet/ice...whatever you want to call it!
